MALMAL BELIZE REFUND POLICY
Return Window:
- Unopened products: 30 days from delivery date
- Opened products: 14 days from delivery date (for skin sensitivity/allergic reactions only)
Eligible Returns:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products causing skin irritation or allergic reactions (with proof of patch test)
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Wrong product shipped
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products used beyond patch testing
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the specified time frame
Return Process:

- Provide order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
Shipping Costs:
- Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective
- We cover return shipping for allergic reactions with medical documentation
Refund Processing:
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive returned items
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product was defective
